Service Description
Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga that uses physical postures (Asana) and breathing techniques (Pranayama) and relaxation (Nidra) and meditation to develop strength and flexibility in the body and encourage a sense of balance and calm. Engage in a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session that balances body and mind through postures, breathing, and meditation. Classes can be tailored to suit varying levels.
