Essential oils extracted from aromatic barks, leaves and flowers used to heal and nourish the body, mind and spirit. The oils naturally enhance, restore, relax and heal both body and mind. Aromatherapy supports the body in its own healing process by reducing pain, muscle ache and tension; detoxifying the body; relieving headache and migraine; stimulating circulation; unblocking respiratory passages; relaxing and calming the body and mind, reducing stress and uplifting mood Each massage is bespoke to suit the client's need. A single or blend of essential oil is used in conjunction with a base oil for the massage.
